Breakfast, lunch, dinner all very expensive on top of the high charge you pay for the hotel. The bedrooms were fantastic and the bathroom. The staff in the hotel were so helpful and friendly.

Delayed and extended servicing times. Probably got the worst location room. Low floor overlooking the bus parking spaces.
Atlantis The Palm
Bus engines running most of the time. No real view. Long waiting time at queues to the breakfast and theme park. Managed to do one ride in 2. Actually it was not absolutely clean in the bathroom when we arrived. There were some hair and a lack of bath liquids. But we didn't mentioned it much.
Super hosting. Good bedding and breakfast. Italian restaurant was also superb. And of course the Aquarium. The prices for the Food and attractions have considerably risen from the last time we were there. Even the album offers are ridiculously overpriced. The refurbished room are more accommodating for the large families with the addition of the sofa beds to the rooms.
Child safety locks on the windows. Quite large baby cots. I couldn't ask for anything more.
My husband, my children and I had lots of available choices and were happy with everything. The children loved the fact that there was so much to choose from. There are a few places available for breakfast. We went to the buffet style restaurants and were extremely happy with the service, the food and the choice available. We tried both Kaleidoscope and Saffron and were happy with both places. The shuttle bus schedule was not posted in your website which made my transportation a bit compliacted on the date of arrival.donnsboatshop.com/includes/green/budaf-kingdom-of.php

Also, on the date I left, when I was waiting for the shuttle bus to airport, one of your staff wanted to convince to take taxi and lie to me that the shuttle bus didn't allow luggage. Of course I didn't trust him, and when I askes him how comes a hotel shuttle bus did not allow luggage, he turned away from me.
Also the price dropped dramatically day by day, it made me feel that I lost some money. It should be fluctuated so much. The water park of course and also the cozy room. Like Butlins holiday camp when I was younger!

But with the most expensive price tag. Full of chavs, queue for food? That you would never even contemplate buying in the UK! Jacobs creek??? Petrol station wine! The saffron dinner buffet was amazing. Everything was perfect. It was what we expected and more. The resort, the beach, the aquapark, the view from the room, amazing. Recommend you book an Imperial Club room, as the added perks and complimentary services are well worth the upgrade. Quite expensive, lots of add-ons sold at or after check in especially food and alcohol.
Rooms and feel of resort a bit dated and needs a refurbishment. Location, friendly staff, great activities, good selection of restaurants. The facilities are great! Expected better kids entertainment during evening time kids club and activities during the day were great, but nothing in the evening. Breakfast was diversified but a bit crowded. Very luxurious design. Hotel amneties, kids club, aquapark, good restaurants on the venue. Very friendly staff.
Pool and sea with warm water. The Prices are simply ridiculously expensive.
Accommodation - Atlantis - The Palm, Dubai - Dubai
The Atlantis is an amazing Resort. Stay a night or two then move to a cheaper place that will serve you just as well Nothing to fault here. Easy check in with the imperial lounge access. Complimentary snacks, happy hour , buffet breakfast and all day tea coffee and juice. Accomodation includes access to the aquarium and the water park. This is our second visit to The Palms.
Two years ago we were wowed by every aspect of the hotel and facilities - this time, we felt we'd stepped into a busy shopping mall. We paid a lot for a suite. While the room was good spacious, although lacking any real wow factor , the meals were a debacle, with long queues into overwhelming, noisy foodhall type restaurants. Breakfast was a 15 minute wait for a table in the Imperial Club one morning then the same at Kaleidoscope the next day. Once inside, it was a chaotic affair at both venues, with noisy kids running wild.
Certainly not a relaxing start to the day, or the experience we feel we paid for. The Mexican buffet night was similar - a noisy, crowded environment that made us rush though our meal to escape - really disappointing as it was our daughters birthday and it just wasn't special at all. If the hotel is serious about attracting older families or adults only, they need to think about some adult only areas in these spaces.
Other extras such as a photo of our dive experience were similarly priced, and left a bad taste in our mouth after paying a fortune to do the dive in the first place. It's a shame as there are so many good things about this hotel but the extra costs and volume of people means we're not planning on returning.

This is an exceptional hotel - the design, aquarium and waterpark make it unique from anywhere else we've stayed anywhere in the world and a fantastic holiday destination for families. The staff are all excellent - friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The afternoon drinks at the Imperial Lounge are great and the food quality is excellent.
I can recommend the Diving experience. We were on the top floor which is great but was never told there would be work done during our stay. During the day all we could hear from our room was drilling and banging. When we checked in we also upgraded to a half board option which included dinner. We were told dinner would include, cocktails, mocktails, alcohol and soft drinks. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told only beer, wine and soft drinks were included.
We only upgraded because we were promised cocktails and wanted to make our final stay a memorable one. There are plenty of restaurants and activities to choose from. We got told 10 minutes to receive bags and were still waiting 4 hours later. Please note as westerners we made sure to be very respectful of locals culture and tradition and were always covered up and saw people wearing less around hotel who were not spoken to.
The buffet restaurant kaleidoscope was disgusting. List goes on Room was lovely, big and luxurious. We had to check in late to our room as it was not ready until after the specified check in time. We were offered the imperial club as compensation but we had already paid for that so that was quite annoying. We had to spend a lot of time on our last evening discussing this with staff, when we should have been relaxing. The pre charged amount from my credit card has still not been credited back to my account and we left almost a month ago.
This is quite disappointing. The waterpark should open all rides at 10am instead of waiting to open some of the popular family rides at midday, not sure why this happened but it meant larger queues and packed on these rides. The facilities are amazing, a spectacular hotel.
